Converse shoe cake

This cake was a request for a co-workers fiancé. He collects these shoes and she was sure he would love it. It is white butter cake with strawberry and cream filling. As always everything is hand carved and designed by yours truly. i had alot of fun with this one too.

Bee cake

This cake was requested by my sister in law, for her boss. It is a tres leches cake with strawberry and cream filling. The body is 3 layers and the head is 2. The cupcakes are chocolate by request. This was so much fun to make and i am really proud of how it came out. Everything is carved and designed by hand. Everything is edible except the antennaes and the wings which i made out of pipe cleaners and plastic wrap.

I posted about 20 of my cakes on cakesentral.com and this cake got the most views and "favorites" and comments. Thanks everyone for the support and praise. xoxoxo
