I whipped this up early this morning (literally lol). It is for the daughter of a social worker that i work with. It is non-dairy whipped topping with all the colors mixed by hand. The larger and smaller white butter cakes that make up each tier are filled with cream and fresh strawberries. Being the food nerd that I am, I was really looking forward to making this one. As with all my cakes, I get the idea in my head of exactly what I want the cake to look like and bring it to life. There are times when i draw total blanks, in which case i resort to googling different cake ideas and then compiling rather than copying . All of my cakes are o-ri-gi-nals ;) I hope you all enjoy this one!
